Bear Bones BBQ is a south coast collective of smokehouses, fire kitchens and event catering crews. We cook low and slow over hardwood, sear hot over open flame, and build menus around proper, honest BBQ.
From a brick-walled dining room in Portsmouth to a brewery taproom in Southsea and an open-fire kitchen in Chichester. Wherever you find us, the smokers are already running.
