Fire Kitchen is our chef-led, fire-driven dining room. There's no gas, no induction and no microwaves — just one long open hearth, sweet hardwood smoke and a kitchen brigade that cooks to the rhythm of the embers.
Menus change with the seasons and with whatever the fire is doing best that day. Come hungry, sit at the pass, and watch the show.
